About Us

Originating in Nanaimo BC, Ezra Soccer has been training young athletes the fundamentals of the game since 1996. Our camps are designed to match each player's unique abilities and level of play. Our goal is to develop strength, flexibility and coordination and to create an atmosphere where any player can achieve their highest level of accomplishment.

ES has three levels: Ezra Soccer School (ESS), Ezra Soccer Academy (ESA) and Ezra Soccer Excelsior (ESE). These different levels make it possible to offer training for young athletes at any skill level. When players register with ES we place them based on their age and skill in the appropriate training environment which challenges and develops their ability. The result is we provide the proper training for young athletes to be successful on a provincial, national and international level.

Ezra Cremers, founder of Ezra Soccer, is currently the Technical Director for the Shuswap Youth Soccer Association (SYSA). As Technical Director he is providing the Salmon Arm community with the proper soccer training and environment to guide and support their young athletes. He has visited and trained as a coach with Rotterdam Excelsior, a professional soccer club in Holland. Marco van Lochem, Head Youth Coach of Rotterdam Excelsior, has personally trained Ezra and his coaches and has future training dates scheduled in 2010. A key component that Marco and Ezra share is an unbridled excitement and passion for the game, which led to their successful partnership and which Ezra strives to pass on to his players.
