Do you need a professional in your Club?? 

ES works with amateur Clubs on all different levels on and off the field.  Our ES Club's full time consultant is founder Ezra Cremers who is presently working as the Executive Director and Head Coach of Shuswap FC in Penticton BC.

Off field, Ezra's knowledge in customer service, sales, soccer business in BC, club infrastructure, board communication helps educate executive boards on what decisions they should make short and long term based on their goals and needs.

On-field, Ezra is a true student of the game who believes if we all learn from each other Canada will become a great football nation. He has a great relationship with family friend Marco van Lochem Youth Technical Director of Rotterdam Excelsior in Holland.  This valuable relationship has helped Ezra understand what it takes to run a success football club. Annually Ezra goes to Rotterdam to study KNVB and the Dutch Amateur structure while learning from the professional model.  As a coach, he has achieved his level B Provincial and in continues his education pathway. As a player, Ezra played for the Whitecap youth team and UVIC before deciding he would be of more value to football as a consultant then a player. Through his player development he figured out that every Club and area has their unique challenges. He realized there was not a place for every player based on their goals for many reasons. In saying that, Ezra does not point fingers at anyone volunteer or professional he just believes more qualified updated professionals in the industry would drastically help our players of all levels.
