 ES can coach your coaches at all levels. We offer on and off field instruction tailored to what your Club is looking for. We observe and evaluate your coaches ability and knowledge, provide feedback and guidance on technique, terminology, methodology and what should be taught at each age group. All of our coaches will receive a username and password to our online drill/practice plans/curriculum database through www.scoutingsolutions.com
